When my husband asked me where I wanted to go to dinner on my birthday, I said I didn't want dinner I wanted chiliquules at White Sheep.  Our 2 favorite foods here are the chiliquiles and the buiscuits and gravy. Each are Waay too much food to finish, so the leftovers are good later. Today, they were sampling their turtle cheesecake, and I decided that's what I want for my birthday cake today! A favorite spot for Saturday brunch. The donuts are amazing. It can get busy mid-morning, so plan to wait 30-35 minutes on a Saturday. A bit on the pricey end.

I came here for brunch on a Saturday and was worried it would be a long wait after reading reviews but I got seated rite away. They didn't take reservations ahead of time. Also there was plenty of parking in the back. I ordered veggie hash bowl which came with one side (toast or pancakes) and I got chocolate chip pancakes. The food was delicious. The coffee was delicious as well. The service was on point. Also if you check in on Fb, they give you a free pastry. Definitely a nice fancy brunch place. Totally recommend it. More...

Had the best brunch today!!! You get so much food, i could barely finish half of my hash bowl. Yes, steak hash bowl & it was cooked to perfection. I am def recommending to all my friends & family. The staff was so welcoming and they offered samples of donuts to my table. I also mentioned that i was getting married & she came to my table with their catering menu. Went with a friend because we loved their other establishment. It's cute on the outside as well as inside.  You immediately notice the pastry counter as you walk in. I'm not eating sweets so it was torture to see the beautiful setup.We decided to get lattes. They're served in cute glasses instead of the usual coffee cups. It was pretty tasty.We ordered chilaquiles as well as the All American skillet to share. The waitress recommended adding chicken tinga to it, and I'm glad she did. Very good but not sure it would be if the protein wasn't there.The skillet was loaded with goodies.  I saw the steak skillet being delivered to the table next to us...I would definitely order that next time.A li5pricey but pretty decent food and service. I LOVE it here. Those complaining about a minuscule 2.5% card charge is ridiculous. It's less than a dollar for me and my friend who had food and drinks. Totally worth it! Wonderful atmosphere and great customer service! I really enjoyed eating here and will definitely be back, plus I cant get over how cute the inside is. PS: Before going here I looked at the reviews on yelp and I have to say, the people reviewing here badly JUST because there is a service charge for using card to pay is just silly. Its like 2% (which is  like nothing) and it costs a business money everytime they run a card. This is an amazing addition to the area! It's a breakfast and lunch place but they also have fresh baked goods and coffee that is all roasted in house! You may think it doesn't make a difference but let me tell you it sure does. Their coffee is way better than the local chains, and cheaper too! This will be my new stop before work. First time here on a Sunday and the wait was totally worth it! We had the fruit bruschetta, some mimosas, and then hash bowls. I would ignore any negative reviews and give the place a try and form your own opinion! I went on a busy Saturday afternoon and waited less than 10 minutes for a table. Waitress addressed our table quickly, although it took over 10 minutes to get our drinks. By the time I got my drink, my food was already there which was a little frustrating. It was very loud and you can hear all the plates slamming in the kitchen, we had to almost yell to hear each other. If you are looking for a quality and quantity breakfast place in Orland Park, this is the place to go. The diverse menu, freshness and quality as we as quantity maks this a great place. Our waiter Jose we very friendly as well as gave good descriptions of the items on the menu. We were very impressed with the quality of service that we witnessed throughout the entire restaurant,  right down to the bus service people. We even  saw the manager Nicole throw out 3 dishes of food because they sat for more than a few minutes.  Which tells you that quality and freshness of food is a bnb priority. If places like Denny's and IHOP are the height of your breakfast dining experience, this place is definitely not for you. Food should be celebrated not tolerable and this place has the goods .  My only issue would be the turn into the parking lot which is tight and hard to see when you come for the first time.Now, let's get to the good stuff.  If you have read some of my reviews you will know that I applaud the new wave of culinary options in the south suburbs.   Most options are the aforementioned dining establishments.  This place however is a gem. You are first greeted by the open space plan with the morning sunshine coming through the windows.  I met ......its Doug I believe who told me about the roaster and the espresso machine.  I had watched an episode of How it's made with a espresso segment.   I never had a espresso,  but I've seen it in movies so?....... espresso time.  Loved it. Now let's order some food. Avocado salad?.......can I move in?  I keep coming back, because I'm so curious about what I might experience next.  The floor staff is so   professional and the kitchen....... the KITCHEN!Being a veteran, I respect a well-oiled machine. Many people coming together to achieve a goal. Yum! I'm really glad I tried this place! When we went around 10:30 it was packed! We wait about 20-25 minutes for a table of 4. It was nice bc when you waited you could get a pastry or coffee/tea. They were bring around samples of the donuts. We got the Apple one at our table and it was so good! We also got a sample of the cheesecake and it was very good as well. All the pastries looked amazing. Once we got seated we order mimosas which you can't get till 11 btw we only had to wait a few minutes, no big deal. The mimosa was good and you could really taste the champagne with is great but it was pricey. 9$ which I think is a lot. But it was good! (No regrets!) Then I ordered coffee which was awesome as well. I ordered the veggie hash with pancakes (comes with pancakes or toast). Oh my is was FANTASTIC! I loved it. Made me feel super healthy too. I didn't get egg in mine bc I don't like eggs, so it was mostly veggies, potatoes, and cheese, but just how I like it! I had a bit of the pancakes bc I was stuffed after eating almost all my hash. They were good as well. I took them home and ate them later. Overall I loved the atmosphere super cute! It was a little pricey but worth it. I think my bill was about $31 for veggie hash, coffee, mimosa, pancakes, and tip. Not bad! I will definitely be back!! More...
