Curious as to why they are using Google images and trying to pass them off as their own. Cropping out watermarks after you steal someone else's work to mislead people into believing it is yours is super shady. We had heard good things about the Venetian and decided to try it tonight. I made reservations for 7pm for 8 people. From the time we arrived to the time we left 2 hours later it was a disaster. When ordering pre-dinner drinks it took quite a long time to get them and mine was actually forgotten and we had to stop the waiter to see where it was? It was forgotten? Once we ordered our dinners none of our appetizers came before our dinners? Actually 1 out of the 8 of us got his food a good 20 minutes before the rest of our dinners came out? By this time we had waited 90 minutes for our food and appetizers and when it came to us it was ALL COLD! The excuse we were given was the pub was busy and it effected our service? Not sure why or how it should effect the service in the main house but needless to say most if our food was not eaten. The manager did come and speak with us and apologized and said she would check into the issue but at this point it was almost 9pm and we were DONE with the whole experience! I will say this was our first and only time we will try the Venetian... food and service were extremely sub-par! More...

The service was very slow. We had to ask several times for our water to be refilled. While my husband enjoyed his shrimp scampi, my ribeye was underwhelming. The red skinned mashed potatoes were good, but the smoked Gouda Mac n cheese was just ok. We may try the pub one day, as they have a different menu, but we won’t be returning to the restaurant. I can’t say enough good things about the Polar Express dinner & movie at The Venetian Estate! It was very reasonably priced and worth every penny! The food was good and portions were very generous. The staff was very friendly & attentive! We also had DELICIOUS Christmas cookies, hot chocolate, popcorn, surprise entertainment, a craft, candy canes & Christmas bells and Santa. Megan was the perfect waitress! She made us feel at home and made sure that our dishes were to our liking, even going out of her way to make sure my youngest child had the dish she wanted. This was my second visit to the Venetian Estate. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Food was tasty. The courtyard dining by the Pub with a warm fire in the outdoor fireplace, candlelight on the tables, and a full moon was the perfect setting for a romantic Halloween dinner with my special someone. We will definitely be back.
