What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great photograph is to get to know your subject, understand what story they would like to tell, as well as having the patience to wait for the perfect moment.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Questions I might ask a client include, What plans do you have with the final picture product(where will you hang them, who are they for etc..) What story would you like to portray in the images? When is the last time a subject had their pictures done?
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job are the smiles. From the beginning to the very end after delivering the final images.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My children inspired me to start my own business. I enjoyed the freedom of working when I needed to, as well as being able to bring them with me and have them see other opportunities outside of a traditional 9-5.
