The Urban Arborist did an amazing job cutting down my trees. We have no garage and no easy access to our backyard. The trees needed to be dragged through our home to be taken out front. They bundled it all together to get it out the door and made sure to clean everything up. There wasn't anything left behind. They left the backyard spotless and the stumps are covered up. Had two trees (a Douglas Fir and a Loquat) that desperately needed haircuts. Was able to quickly schedule an appraisal and estimate. The estimate came in quite a bit below a larger competitor to boot. Had the Doug Fir trimmed scheduled first and the job was completed quickly and thoroughly (and this includes clean up). I should also mention that the Fir is home to a pair of crow's and their nest was left undisturbed. The Loquat was tentatively scheduled for two weeks later, but after a cancellation, Urban Arborist was able to take care of it within a few days after the first job. These guys are courteous and friendly, work thoroughly yet quickly and are accountable for their work too! (Meaning they happily did a little touch up on the Fir). Highly recommended. More...
