I recommend The Trauma Resolution Center. From the first moment I walked into TRC I felt like the only thing that mattered was that I heal from my trauma. My issues happened a long time ago and had been haunting me all my life. I felt lost, broken and hopeless. TRC made me feel safe and cared about. The therapy sessions were centered around my unique needs and not some predetermined, one-size-fits-all, therapeutic formula. I was given time to discover my own answers, and now I’m finding my own solutions. It’s a method that’s working where so many others didn’t.
