Wichita
I work with couples, adolescents, and individuals to promote healing and a sense of well-being, using evidence-based practices and a Christian perspective with a non-judgmental approach. I work with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and mood disorders to name a few.

What do you love most about your job?
I most love being able to really listen to the stories of the most amazing people - my clients! I am honored they would share their experiences with me. I love to see when they have overcome some of life's most difficult challenges and I get to see them succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I chose the field of Marriage and Family Therapy to work with real people and to equip them with tools to improve their lives and relationships. Owning my own therapy business means that I can hold to my values and provide my clients with treatment worthy of the dignity and respect I would want to receive.
Why should our clients choose you?
It is my goal for you to feel safe and welcomed here, with no judgement. So often life can become chaotic and messy. I offer my clients a place of refuge to undwind and help them to work through those most difficult times. As an Experiential Therapist, I believe in being real and authentic in the therapy room with my clients.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I am able to provide telehealth services via zoom in some cases, though in-person is preferred. Once paperwork is completed and verified, I would schedule an online session. Payment would be processed by credit card. If you are using Medicaid, they do not allow this option. I can provide online services in Kansas only.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Office is sanitized before and after each session. Social distancing. Masks worn in session according to client preference.
Diagnostic Assessment
Initial diagnostic assessment completed within first two sessions. This is a time where I get to know you and your story, become familiar with any symptoms you may be experiencing, and help to identify any areas you may be struggling with.
Treatment Planning
By the third session, I will collaborate with you to learn your personal desires and goals you would like to accomplish in your therapy. I will then type up an official treatment plan, using those therapeutic modalities I feel will be best applicable to your situation and preference. Official treatment plan is presented in our fourth session together.
Therapy
Based upon your treatment plan, my goal is to provide a safe place for your to talk. I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods to include Sand Tray, Narrative, Experiential, Mindfulness, and many others. These methods provide a different way to look at problems and oftentimes very difficult situations in a person's life. So often people experience the most difficulty in seasons of change. I am here to walk with you through these times listen to understand. Therapy is helpful as long as it is meaningful to you.
