This was an eye opening experience that made me want to dig deep and learn more about my own self. Yes, I said my own self! The DISC assessment opened my eyes on why I react to situations the way I do. Mr. Holmes (Donald) broke down each letter category in the word DISC for me to fully understand the highlighted behaviors I express. Operating in your gifts and outside of your gifts are two different things that could change how I approach life and what I want to come out of it. A lot of the information was spot on and a lot was an eye opening moment for me.
