They were prompt settings up for the event as well as picking up after the event. The presentation of the food was thoughtful and artistic. The Chef took her time to explain everything from the beginning to the end. And the biggest was the food was so delicious. My aunt owned bars in New Orleans and she said it reminded her of home. Our New Orleans Gumbo is our Signature Dish and Our variety Cuisine American, Jerk, Balinese, Italian and Creole Packages. We are also known for our awesome Kale Salad for you Salad Lovers
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We consult with the clients and get a feel of what they want their event to look like. What do they like , any allergies, budget is very important, we incorporate all of this information to really get to know the client, which really gives us an idea of how to create their vision and satisfy their palate.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking is my Passion, The most I love about my job is the Satisfaction of the clients. Meeting so many people and being Creative, Food is an Art!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an entrepreneur, I have gone from Hairstylist, Property owner, Corporate world, and now to an Apron and the Kitchen, When I lost my Job in 2009, I vowed to never worked this hard for another company unless it was my own. I am a female black owned business, I always tell myself , If I don't do it now , I never will! Covid 19 has BEEN A BLESSING AND A LESSON FOR MANY, I AM TAKING THE HIGH RODE AND RIDING OUT THIS OPPORTUNITY.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We Follow all of Covid guide lines that apply, we use disposable flatware and utensils for catered events, our staff where Mask and gloves and Sanitation is our priority. when cooking on sight we are required to continue sanitation rules and regulations on and off sight.
