It was EXCELLENT from start to finish!! Christian was great to work with - We collaborated on the menu and he tailored it to fit everyone's likes. He was a true professional - always quick to respond to my emails and followed up to confirm all the details - he even sent me a text welcoming us to town a few days prior to him cooking for us! My husband is a really good cook and quite the "foody" and he absolutely loved everything that Christian prepared...the braised short ribs were to die for! It was such a special experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Breckenridge! We will definitely hire Christian again on our next visit! More...

Christian is an amazing chef and everyone in our group enjoyed his food and his company! He prepared a wonderful menu for our group of 6, even in the face of dietary restrictions including celiac disease and nut allergies. The food was truly special and delicious, and our whole group crowded around him while he worked because he was so much fun to talk to and watch. He is a very accomplished chef and his expertise and attention to detail was evident at every step. He will impress even the most discerning food connoisseur, but importantly I think he is a great fit for both formal and casual settings. Christian was awesome! He was prompt yet flexible with his timing as we ended up being 30 min delayed. His meal was healthy but amazingly flavorful - we absolutely loved it!
We had a carrot cake for dessert for my sister's birthday and it was the best carrot cake I've ever had!

Christian cooked a fabulous dinner for our family for my 70th birthday. He was easy to work with to come up with a menu that would work for our family including our 2 gluten free granddaughters. We had 11 adults and 17 grandchildren, some under 12. Everyone enjoyed the food. Kids who are usually picky went back for seconds! We highly recommend Christian and the Secret Ingredient! More...
