I've come here a few time now and this place has always delivered for me. I'm so afraid to get cuts in a salon because I'm scared from a past experience. But this last time I went I had Joe and me was AMAZING! He cut my hair to perfection, listened to what I wanted, gave me some of his insight and did a fantastic job with both the cut and style. He explained to me how to do a proper blow out which I suck at but I'm trying lol and that was much appreciated. Love this place More...

So I really loved this place the first time I went. My cut was perfect and looked amazing! Covid hit and I wasn't able to get back for over a year. Â My first visit back I saw Kayci. Â She did a good job but her attitude sucked. She was cordial but really gave the impression she was uninterested/did not like the cut I chose for myself. Â I was so excited to try something different and personally loved the results, her attitude about the cut made me a bit self-conscious and I was hesitant to return. But I decided to give another stylist a try at the salon instead of finding somewhere else to go. Â Big mistake!!!! This time I saw Tosha. Â She was so nice and I enjoyed talking to her but the cut I was left with was not the cut I wanted nor was it remotely close to the cut I showed her before she butchered my hair. It was about 2 to 3 inches too short and it was not evenly cut... She even had me show her the length before she started cutting and it's nowhere near where I showed her. Â Needless to say, I have been crying for the last hour because it's so short there is nothing I can do but wait for it to grow out. Â Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this salon, not even in an attempt to have it fixed. Â I will say that a friend of mine has seen Michelle and her hair turned out amazing! Cost was way too much and the male stylist is rude. Â Definitely over charged and the results are not worth it! Â Tony was very glad to take the time to take your money but does not listen very well when you are getting your services

Ok so I was super nervous- I moved to AZ 2 1/2 years ago so I don't have a "person" here for my hair (literally didn't cut or dye my hair until I went back home to visit) and had been going to the same person back home for 15 years. My hair was totally natural for the first time in my life but I wanted to get hi lights again because I'm getting married in 2 months- extra reason for being nervous. What if it comes out stripy? What if the color is off? What if I hate it? What if it looks super fake? Kayci was amazing, I could not be happier with how it came out. It looks natural, is a gorgeous perfect shade of blonde, it's everything I wanted and more, I am absolutely THRILLED. I really am so happy. Also all of my dead ends are now gone. My appointment here was months ago, but I feel like I should review my last appointment here. My stylist did not get my hair to a shade I was happy with, but after hearing him talk trash in the supply closet with another stylist I didn't feel comfortable voicing my opinion. Then upon checking out he charged me for a touch up and a full head color job. I've never had that happen for a full color and was definitely disappointed with me experience here. More...
