We pride ourselves on the ability to serve hundreds of guests in the most remote locations, or simply in a backyard! We specialize in on site pig roasting and we are dedicated to making this fun addition to your event as elegant as ever.

The Saucy Sow was the best find i've had in throwing large parties. Having worked on a college campus for 4 years now, I've seen quite a few big events and none have been as successful as our most recent one. Most of that was thanks to The Saucy Sow. It was completely "no muss, no fuss" with this crew. They did our event for 300 students with ease and professionalism. They even handled some dietary needs with complete grace! A fully roast pig carved on site

An abundance of sweet & savory BBQ sauce sourced locally
Dessert! Chocolate infused "Saucy S'mores" made on the grill
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are willing to explore any menu options that our clients have in mind. Let us know what you'd like and we will accommodate (assuming it can be cooked or baked on a grill!)
What do you love most about your job?
I think pig roasts are so fun and can be incredibly classy if executed just right. We are so lucky to be invited to everyone's parties... I love to bring personal touches to your event through the food and love working directly with clients to make their vision a reality! And, the incredible sense of accomplishment once everyone has their food and are raving about how wonderful everything tastes is the icing on the cake.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The Saucy Sow is my dream job. I started this company after struggling to find a catering company that could set up in a remote location for my own wedding. The Saucy Sow is exactly the kind of catering company I wish I had booked!

We are a small, family owned company hosting just 15-20 events per year so we can ensure we give each client the time and attention they deserve.
