Burnt ends were a little overdone but still good. Beans and mac & cheese weren't anything to write home about. Probably would have given 3 stars but the corn bread was out of this world. Perfect amount of sweetness.

First we listen to the clients needs, then we make recommendations on the menus to ensure a great event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love being an entrepreneurial. I love business and serving people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a 1989 (CIA) Culinary Institute of America graduate who has worked in food service all my life. I have dreamed of owing my own business since I was 14 years old. I have served cocktail parties for 20,000, sit down dinners for 2000. We cater all types of foods. We guarantee we can do it or we wont accept the job.
