Would not recommend. My girlfriend boarded our dog here. They said our dog was out in play but was in his kennel the entire time. They kept trying to lie to us. Said he was given a bath before going home and he reeked of piss.. I heard employees yelling in the back. They are very unprofessional and the facility smells just as bad as my dog did. My English Bulldog died of heatstroke in their care. The staff needs more trading on specific breads this was totally negligent on their part. One of the owners had an attitude with us as a grieving family and claimed she didn’t have the videos that she promised to show us when we got back in town. Thanks to the wonderful staff at The Rovervelt for always taking such great care of our Maggie! Working nights is rough so we were eager to find a place for our girl to play while we are sleeping during the day. The staff here has been so great and loves her like one of their own. So wonderful to have a place like this in Westwego!! We love being able to not only see her on the cameras, but the pictures of her having a blast let us know she is truly in good hands! More...

I loved being able to watch my furbaby while he kenneled at Roverelt. Being able to pick him up on Christmas day was also a plus. It's been two days since his go home bath and he still smells amazing! We have always used Pet Paradise, but it looks like we will be making a switch to the Rovervelt. The prices were reasonable and being able to watch our dog via video at no extra cost was the best and really put my mind at ease! More...

Great new place for our furry friends!! My two English Bulldogs, Meatball & Paghetti gave it two paws up after their visit today. They got a bath and did a little mingling with the other pups. I can't say enough good things about this place and these people! My German shepherd is almost 10, and with this weather changing constantly her hair has been a nightmare to deal with. Not only did she have the best day playing with the other dogs, but I can pet her without hair flying everywhere! The facility is clean and comfortable. And Allison and Ronell are fantastic. This is the best place I've found for my guys after ten years of finding somewhere they're safe, happy, and I don't have to worry! They've got camera access if you start feeling lonesome for your pup! The updates of playtime are so great and you KNOW they're having a blast. Just picked our boy up from a long stay at Rovervelt and he had a blast!!! He isn’t the most friendly dog but the staff worked with him and he managed to make a friend! ! The suites are a great size, and they have cameras so you can keep an eye on your pup the whole time!!! The dogs are taken out so often and have a large area to run in. When my dogs get groomed they always go to a lady in her house. I don’t trust many people with my dogs. So when I knew Allison opened this place I wanted to support a friend of course. So I knew I could trust this place. I called the same day and they got my babies in for grooming the same day. Their customer service was amazing and they got my babies in and out in 3 hours. It’s a very clean and organized place. I will definitely be back, and let my friends and family know about this place. They also give you a cute bow for their collars and a handkerchief for their neck with a cute design. More...
