As the former CFO for Paragon Strategic Partners, I was looking to develop our HR Department. Joe was able to make this happen.
Paragon Strategic Partners was the parent company for several other businesses out of Las Vegas and Reno, which included; a medical group, an insurance brokerage firm, a reinsurance brokerage firm, a medical malpractice insurance company and a Physicians network. Each company operated independently and needed policies, processes, forms and trainings for the managers.
Joe helped refine the HR department. He developed policy manuals that applied for each business, and developed HR and management training programs for the managers and staff of each operation. He developed the onboarding and orientation training process for new staff to help with retention and created a performance management system that helped reward good performance. Joe and his team supported the managers with their HR concerns and questions during difficult staffing dilemmas. This was a great support for the organization.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We are part of a partnership and I am the founder. After working for large corporations with thousands of employees and dozens of locations, I found that the same premise that applied to these large corporations can be applied to a small businesses who cannot afford a full time person. By spreading the services to multiple businesses, I can provide a business owner with quality HR support from a qualified team at a fraction of the cost for the business owner.
