I can't praise all the employees at The repair guys enough!! My experience with The repair guys from start to finish has been exceptional. They were very polite and helpful over the phone. They came out and inspected my roof and shortly after emailed me pictures from their inspection along with a detailed email of what they inspected and recommended repair wise. We were able to work out which items I wanted addressed and agreed on a plan. Their quote did NOT change after the work was completed... no surprises or additional funds requested!  When they showed up the next day they were ready to work & ON TIME!!  They were clean, efficient, polite and EASY TO WORK WITH!  I wish they did ALL types of home repairs as I would use them over and over again because they make it easy to work with them and keep to their word.. which in a labor related environment companies like the repair guys are far and few in between. These guys just repaired my roof (May 23, 2019).  I had to wait a month, but it was totally worth it.  They did a fantastic job.  Devin and Rubin were unbelievable.  They gave me an estimate, and repaired the roof at that price.  They communicated with my by phone and email throughout the entire process.  I cannot say enough positive things about my entire experience with them.  I went on my roof to look at their work, and it was flawless.  These guys are way good!!  I was so impressed with everything, I asked them to perform an annual inspection on my roof.  I absolutely trust them.  Don't waste your time with anyone else.  Call these guys. Professional, responsive, great communicators! When people climb up on your roof, it's pretty impossible to know a) whether the problems they claim to see are real or not, and b) if they've really effectively addressed them. These guy spent loads of time showing me real pictures of the problems they found, discussing the solutions that were right for us, and then showing us the photographic evidence of the fixes they did. That really made us feel like we got value for money, and made it well worth the significant wait for them to come out (they got slammed after the fall 2018 storms, but communicated clearly and well about the expected wait times and kept or exceeded all their promises!).  I heartily recommend them to anyone! I can highly recommend the repair guys for roof repair.  After recent rains my roof developed a leak in one location.  I had two large local roofing companies come out.  Basically, they won't do anything other than replace a very large section of my roof.  Neither company made any attempt to actually diagnose the problem.  I knew the repair was more localized based on what I could see from my attic space.  I then called the repair guys.  Wade came out and in 10 minutes found the leak - showed me pictures.  Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out 10 days later and they repaired about 90sq ft of roof at a fraction of the cost these other companies required.  We had very heavy rains (3/12) shortly thereafter absolutely no leaks.  From my standpoint they're the best! Dealing with roofing companies requires a leap of faith because you can only tell if the repairs look nice. The real test comes when it rains which isn't often in Arizona. Since it has rained a lot since we had our roof repaired, with no leaks, I can give this review with confidence.The Repair Guys were on time and within their promised schedule, and this during a very busy time for the industry.It was nice that they took and emailed a lot of pictures of their work as the project proceeded, and even invited me onto the roof so they could explain what they were doing and why.And I can say that they went above and beyond to make sure the roof was water tight.Really happy with this company. I bought a house that had some old interior wall staining on ispection.  I used these guys to open up some sections of my concrete tile roof over the stained area.  They removed tiles, cleaned the debris out of the valleys, replaced underlayment, and put everything back into place.  They took lots of pictures to show me some future potential problem areas.  Their work was done well, they know what they are doing.  After this monsoon season, no leaks-all is good. Our roof leaked after the big storm in October.  We called several companies but all were too busy. Ryan returned our call and we got lucky with a cancellation for the next morning.  Two workers came at 7:15 am.  They gave us a good estimate with pics to see what was causing the leak.  They worked for several hours to complete the job (pics after) and hopefully we won't be calling them back.  They  claim to have a 97-100% no return call after doing a thorough job!  We did have some rain the day after the job...so far, so good! I recently worked with the Repair Guys. After speaking with Ryan, he agreed to have his team look at our roofing issue. He said his team would fit us into their very busy schedule. We were out of town. They agreed to work on our roof without us being there. They talked with us along their process & sent us before/after pictures. They were very polite on each call with explicit instructions on their progress. We came home & found our property exactly as we left it. We found a hand written "Thank You" note in our mailbox. The Repair Guys provide superior service and a superior product. Our flat roof was in desperate need of repair and we had water intrusion into the house. Ryan responded promptly even though they were inundated with work from the heavy rains in the area. Wade and Devin showed up promptly on the scheduled day and provided a detailed explanation of the proposed work with "before " photos. The work was completed that day and they walked us through what was done with photos of the work. Unfortunately we don't live within the service area of this company and cannot discuss their roofing expertise (which we believe is truly deserving of their #1 status).  However, we can write about their A+ communication and customer care. The Repair Guys return phone calls! The Repair Guys care about their customers and even their want-to-be customers like us. They totally understand that not only do they need to provide roofing expertise, but they also need to provide customer service. They returned our initial telephone call requesting service.  The call was polite and caring.  They nicely explained they could not help us because of our location.  They then provided referrals.  When the referral stood us up, we left a message for The Repair Guys about our experience with the referral.  Totally unexpectedly, we received a telephone call apologizing for our experience with their referral!  Amazing!  Who takes the time to do that when it is something they did not cause and they can not control?  Answer: The Repair Guys. I am a new house owner and taking this time to write this review after waiting for few months to really see how the work by Repair Guys would hold up. And I can now say they came out with flying colors !!  It was back in Feb 2018 when the interior of my home wall was leaking water badly during rains and I had no idea where the source of leak was. I called The Repair guys and setup an appointment. Huge thanks to Steve Mitchem to identify the leak in the roof and patiently walking me through entire process and making this easy for a first timer like me.  He made sure the entire process right from scheduling all the way to completion of work to sharing pictures of the roof work was just a breeze. I had my roof damaged by storms a couple of times. Another company had "repaired" the roof and tiles kept coming off. I called the repair guys and Ryan took the time to explain why my roof was getting damaged and offered a possible solution to it. They were quick to respond, took time to answer questions and fast to come out and do the repair. There has not been another storm to test the new room tiles but I am confident they had done a great job and they stand behind their work. They even took the time to inspect the roof for any other problem areas. The prices are more reasonable. I appreciate the time taken to talk to us and repair the roof appropriately. We moved into our house this fall and knew we needed a repair guy to check out the roof since the previous owners did not maintain the property as needed.  Found the repair guys on yelp but also by recommendation.  Scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and the repair guys came out the following morning.Steve and his assistant were extremely professional and pleasant explaining the roof details and what needed to be done. Coming from the north east where roofs are very different, his explanations and pictures were very helpful to us.He even told us the repairs will outlast the remaining life of the roof... I had several cracked tiles that I needed repaired. Justin and Steve were right on time and conducted a thorough examination of the roof. They took pictures of all of the issues which included tiles that have moved, cracked, clogged eaves, cracked grout, etc. They showed me all of the issues on their laptop. The roof is 23 years old so I had no doubt of what they were showing me. It wound up they replaced about 40 tiles. Because they no longer make my color roof tile, they had to find off color tiles. However, instead of placing them willy nilly so my roof would look checkered, they place all of the off color tiles under a two story eave so you can't really notice them unless you're looking for them. They then used those old tiles in good condition to replace the broken tiles throughout the roof. They also inspected the roof lining and did some minor patching on my patio roof. The Repair Guys did a re-coat on my flat patio roof and Justin and Steve did a great job.  They used a proprietary coating which is superior and will last longer than the material recommended by several other roofing companies.  Both of the guys were very professional, friendly and polite.  They also inspected my tile roof and did several minor repairs.  The re-coating job was done on time and the cost was very competitive.  Highly recommended. The Repair Guys just completed a repair on a house we were selling. I'd made an appt with a different company originally. After waiting more than a week for my appt, the repairman called and said he was on his way and, oh, by the way, we're 4 weeks out on completing repairs and we have a minimum of $1000 . I was running out of time. I called Repair Guys. They were so accommodating and incredibly nice. I spoke to Ryan on the phone and Justin completed the repair. Fantastic! Steve was professional, communicative, honest, and friendly. This was a great experience and I definitely plan to use them again for the annual checkups. They recently did a project to fix about a dozen of our broken roof tiles, fixed some mortar/elbows, fixed some exposures on the roof, removed an old TV satellite arm, etc. They showed pictures before and after, which was very cool and appreciated. I wanted to wait until the end of the rainy season before I wrote my review. Just in case there were issues during heavy rain.   There were none.  These folks do outstanding work.   During the first real big rain back in July I notice water leaking into the house from around an air conditioning vent. I called the repair guys and they were able to come by the following work day.  They were very professional and after inspecting the area advised me were they suspected water was making it way through the roof.   (I know from experience that just because water is leaking though your ceiling in one point does not mean it's leaking through the roof anywhere near that spot). They pulled back tiles, replace a membrane, and fix a previous patch job that had failed.   I've called The Repair Guys back a couple more times over the,last 5 months.  To fix some tiles and some preventative maintenance.   Fair prices, hard work, great results. Received fantastic service from The Repair Guys. I was able to make an appointment the same week I called and given an hour window for arrival. Received a call about fifteen minutes before my appointment to provide a more specific estimated arrival time.The team arrived on time and went up on the roof to inspect.They came back down with pictures of the cause of the leak, as well as some other issues they found on my roof. They gave me different options with prices for either repairing the leak, repairing the extra issues they found, and/or re-surfacing the entire roof. Based on their excellent price (estimate came in well below other estimates I had received), I elected to re-surface the entire roof.They were able to complete the work that same day. They sent me pictures of the whole process, which included repairing the leak, repairing blisters on the roof, and then re-surfacing the roof. We bought a house in November of last year and after some rain we saw two leaks. One in our living room corner and the other between the patio and the house in the backyard. I went up and put down some sealant in the patio to hold off the leak until I could find someone. I called The Repair Guys after searching all over for someone. Ryan came out, we went around the house and I explained what was happening. He went up, took pictures and went over everything with my wife and I. We went ahead with the work and both leaks over the living room and the patio had stopped. After some rain we started to see water in one of our windows, again we called Ryan. They came out to take a look and because it's coming down the inside of the walls, it's a hard thing to detect on a 2 story house. They did what they could but the leak is still there. NOW even though that leak is still there, I don't blame them at all for not finding it as I know it can be coming from one of the windows above that window as well. They took off the tiles on the roof and looked all over for the leak or signs of a leak but couldn't find it. I'm going to spend some time sealing up the windows myself and see if that helps because the only time the water comes in that 1st story window that is covered by the patio is when the rain is coming sideways and hitting the windows above. I did see a little water make it's way between the patio and house at a later time and called up Ryan, they were out right away, put down a very nice new almost plastic coating and the water hasn't been back since in the patio. Anyway work that has been done, they have been exceptional, professional and courteous of my family and my time. We all knew the downstairs window was a long shot and going to be a tough find going into it and I wish they had a clear sign of where it was coming. If the water hits the roof, no water in the window, if it hits from the side I'll see water. Again, the roof is perfect, I'm sure it's either an issue with a window or a crack int he wall. No fault of Ryan's or his team at all. If you need a good roof repair company, call them up. It won't be a waste of time or money. More...

I can not praise the Repair Guys enough! I was new to Yelp and Scottsdale but saw the Repair Guys on the top of the list for honesty, repair work quality and fair pricing. And Yelp and other customers were and are spot on.  The time to pinpoint my roofing problem for the reimbursable price of $29 was well spent. The under $1000 repair price vice the 2 "you need a whole new roof" for $14,000-$15000 I received from other companies made the decision easier.  However showing me the pictures of the roof damage before and during the work and after repair were priceless and reassured me that these "Guys" are the right folks to call.  Knowing too, that they would not offer to make a quick buck and quick fix, when a new roof would be necessary was very reassuring as well.  I totally trust Ryan, Steve and the entire team. I couldn't be happier with the service and work completed by Steve and his team at The Repair Guys.  I contacted them for a few roof tiles that had fallen off, and discovered that they could also repair several holes in my house from a woodpecker problem.  Steve came out the next day and did an inspection, then called with a detailed quote and scheduled a time to come out later in the week.  They were very professional and courteous when they arrived, and best of all they did a great job with the repairs.  I have already referred them to two co-workers!  Don't worry about looking for another repair company, you've found it with The Repair Guys.-Cole More...

I am selling my home in a shortened time frame due to buyer restraints.  The BINSR came back with requests to repair 4 broken concrete roof tiles and mud balls that were never installed by the builder (Pulte).  The roof tile color is no longer made and would have to be special ordered.  Ryan sent Steve to my home same as a filler on his route.  Steve under promised and over delivered.  He fixed EVERYTHING for less than quoted.  These guys took so much stress off my shoulders, I couldn't believe it.  All of the other roof repair companies had no empathy to my situation and said they were 2-3 weeks out on appointments.  Ryan understood my issue and sent in his ringer Steve to save the day.  THANKS GUYS!!  I'll never use another company. Discovered our roof was missing tiles in a few spots.  Based on reviews on Yelp, I contacted The Repair Guys as well as another company to come give estimates on the repair.  The other company gave me an estimate strictly for the repair.  Ryan came out, looked at our roof, gave me an estimate for the repair as well as a few other issues he noticed that he thought would be useful for us to know and address, and his estimate was lower than the other guys, even for more work!  Went with Ryan and The Repair Guys and could NOT be happier.  I would recommend them to any friend or family member.
