How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First off, we get an idea of the budget in place with our client. Then, we narrow down on a cuisine style for their event. Lastly, we create up to 3 proposed menus for the client and modify from there.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The overwhelming support we received after selling individual plates for a while encouraged us to start up an official catering business.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have implemented mask mandates. We also do temperature checks.
