The Party Express DJs

When I set out planning my wedding there was 0 doubt in my mind I wanted Sean Shipper and the Party Express DJs to be my disc jockey and MC for the night. Working with Sean prior to the wedding day is easy. I wasn’t over sold products or capabilities. He made suggestions he knew would work in my venue and even persuaded me to leave some options out because he knew additional lighting just wouldn’t work at my venue and time of the year I was getting married. We had a consultation where we discussed the wedding planner and he sent us an email the next day with things we may want to take a second look at or items we missed in the planner. The day of the wedding Sean arrived early greeted me and went right to work setting up. He was done in plenty of time for my ceremony and helped keep us on time. I originally told him I don’t think anyone will dance, and i made sure to give him plenty of space to choose songs he thought may work by reading the crowd. That decision to let him do his job without my hand cuffing him made a huge difference. People danced all night long to his music choices. When I went to tip him at the end of the night he tried to decline fat chance of that happening Sean… he earned every cent of his tip. My wife and I talked there’s a reason we choose Sean and our other vendors for our day. Professional vendors charging professional rates took care of any issues that may have happened without us knowing. Our entire day ran smoothly with no issues, why because of professionals like Sean. Absolutely fantastic! Sean took us in when our original DJ was a bust. We are so grateful that sean took the time to get to know us, meet with us, and work together to create our perfect playlist…, especially with only a little time before the wedding. Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were looking for DJ for our daughter's sweet 16th birthday party, and from the first phone call, throughout the process and the follow up after the event was nothing but professionalism. Sean was great! Leading up to the wedding, he was very responsive when I had questions and always pleasant to talk to. During our pre-wedding meeting, he spent the time we needed to go over every detail to make sure our night was perfect. He also sent a detailed questionnaire that allowed us to plan every aspect of the evening. He communicated effectively with our other vendors and sent a timeline months before. Truly his organization helped us stay organized! Our guests had a blast and he played every song that we had requested. We also spontaneously played the Phillies World Series game during the reception and he played a baseball song on the spot that got everyone excited! He is a great dj and he reads the room very well!
