I ordered 1/2 dozen of all flavors of the cup tarts and coconut bread and had them shipped to MIAMI ... we have tarts in Miami but nothing like this .
They were all delicious. especially the coconut... Mr. Mercer, you lived up to your word.

I called Jeff on Sunday night and placed an order. I picked up my order the next day. I was trying to surprise my family. Well, after my daughter had her first bite, she yelled out Mommy !!! OMG, who made this and where they live? These are the real thing!!! We need to keep him! She was so excited she was sharing the information with other people from the V.I. About taste the tarts. She said, it tasted like she was back home and did not realize this delicious treat was sitting in her back yard. My son really enjoyed the guava tart. Also, I had one of friends taste the tart and they enjoyed the taste of the island. Now, my family are harassing me to order some more. I'll go ahead on order some more and dumb bread. I texted Jeff on Friday afternoon and placed an order via PayPal. It was shipped on Saturday and arrived at my house yesterday no cracks or anything. . Well, after I had my first bite, I felt like I was back home and mammy went to the bread truck or weeks and weeks bakery!!! OMG, these are the real thing!!! And he just earned himself a regular customer...! I'm so excited I'm sharing the information with everyone from the V.I. that want a real life taste from home shipped right to your doorstep.
