Beautiful flowers and a very professional and thoughtful staff. I've had the unpleasant experience of having a succession of funerals the past few months and living out of state, The Orchid Florist has let me send thoughtful, expert arrangements on more than one occasion, letting the grieving family know that I was there, even when I couldn't be physically.

Great customer service! I live across the country and wanted to send my sister some flowers for her birthday. The Orchid Florist delivered a beautiful bouquet to her, and they were completely accommodating of my request to make sure the flowers were delivered within a specific time frame when my sister would be home to receive them. The Orchid Florist did an exquisite job with the Country Basket Blooms arrangement. The flowers were artfully placed, and inclusive of many buds among the full blooms, insuring extended life. It surpassed my expectations, and the comment from the family of the recipient was "they did an amazing job"! It took all of 3 hours from time of online order to delivery at a local hospital.
