The Olde Spitfire Grille

We ordered Christmas dinner heat up and serve. This was our first dining experience with this restaurant. I may never cook Christmas dinner again! Everything was delicious! Particularly the Cornish game hen with balsamic fig glaze and the Brussel sprouts with bacon and cranberries. Highly recommend and will be back for dinner once you are back open. I surely cannot think of a more attentive yet unobtrusive staff anywhere! I am sitting here next to a fire table listening to live music, sipping a wee bit of the Irish and a nosh. It doesn't get any better!

2 couples ate there tonight. 3 had crab cakes, one had tuna. we asked only for food that wasn't spicy. All of the food arrived cold. and it was spicy. even the coleslaw was spicy. the fries were cold. we asked the server to replace our food with hot food which she did. Unfortunately the fries did not arrive with our food, but were good the 2nd time. Also they gave us a 25% discount. The crabcakes while tasty, were very small, at $28, 2 small crabcakes.
