The Moose truck catered our wedding a couple of weeks ago- and WOW! We got SO many compliments from guests on the food. My hubby was very skeptical about having a food truck at the wedding, but afterwards said he was glad he trusted me with the decision! Bonus: it was even good cold several hours later after a long night of wedding festivities ;) the only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that we wish service could have been a little faster, but I think that just comes with he territory of the food truck, it will never be as quick as a buffet line- and that's a-ok! On Saturday at the Overland Park Fall Festival, it was crowded by food trucks and a lot more by hungry people. It was crazy standing in a long queue for placing order and in another to pick your order. Later, I picked up my order, a veggie burrito with chips and salsa. The burrito was made of corn tortilla rather than flour tortilla which i liked. It was stuffed with rice, bean, sweet potato and served with spicy salsa and sour cream. The chips were light and crispy and served with spicy salsa. I really liked the salsa. The wait was long but the food was good which covered up for all the pain my feet had to endure. More...
