I was paying another gal to clean my house but these ladies outdid her by a longshot!  I have to say I was quite surprised by how thorough these gals were.  They even cleaned the lights in the bathrooms and the vents.  Joshua was very professional and called me the day before and the gals (Virgie was the boss of this crew) called and said they were on their way in traffic but would be here in about 5-10 minutes.  Virgie and her gang of power cleaners did everything I asked for and more.  They even made up the bed in my office although I didn't ask for that.  Such wonderful group of ladies.  I am so very appreciative of the hard work they did.  I decided to get this work done on a regular schedule.  That's how impressed I am by their work and professionalism.  Mahalo Joshua.  Please pass along my review to them as I want them to know how much I appreciate their hard work.  Most DEFINITELY worth the money. I have been using The Maids for almost 2 years and continue to be pleased with the team. I always get a reminder call the day before and am given a 30 minute time window for their arrival. Sometimes I have the entire 2story house cleaned, sometimes partial. Every cleaning is targeted to what I want/need done that time. The cleaning crew is pleasant & friendly & pay attention to detail. This review is long overdue.  When my in-laws moved in with us, it was very difficult to keep the house clean.  With five adults, 2 cats, 2 dogs and various visitors throughout the week, the house was always dusty.  We decided to have the Maids come by weekly to clean the floors, bathrooms and light dusting.  And every time the house was spotless.  They were fast, efficient and friendly.And when we've had family gatherings and parties, the Maids are fantastic to help get the house ready. This company was super helpful and incredibly nice.  The guy on the phone was friendly and honest, and a very peppy sounding guy, which was nice to hear someone loving their job via their voice. The ladies and the guy who came to clean my apt at move out did an amazing job.  They were super friendly and amazingly quick.  I have 3 dogs and they cleaned up my place, and worked really hard when they did it.  They were incredibly friendly while there and literally worked up a sweat, because they were working so hard.  I'd definitely use them again, in fact, I'm probably going to use them to clean my office now.  Thank you for doing such a great job! I hired The Maids for the first time and they did an awesome job! I would highly recommend them. The Maids cleaned our apartment so well that it looked better than when we first moved in 20 years ago. Our kitchen was spotless, they cleaned the counters, our older stove, the floor, and our refrigerator. The Maids cleaned our dirty screens, so clean and our blinds too. I was especially pleased with our bathroom. The sink had older dark stains but The Maids cleaned our sink so well, they made our sink and stainless steel facet look brand new. Our bathtub also was very clean. The Maids cleaned our floors and rugs and they too were spotless. They cleaned our closet doors and removed the dirt. They dusted and vacuumed.    Our bedrooms were immaculate. When I walked into our apartment right after they cleaned, it felt so good and it lifted my spirits. We've had the Maids come to our home for 15+ years. We have had ups and downs but all in all I must say it is a great service for the price! While I have has some negative experiences with them, I must say that they care about their customers and have been really great with resolving issues. There are definitely some teams that I prefer over others-But I think it is all about communicating your needs and being clear about your expecations. The Maids have helped me regain my sanity. Three children, 12 hour work shifts, & maintaining a clean home is a tough act for my husband and I to balance. Thanks to The Maids; I have more quality time to spend with my family & less to stress over. A cleaning service is quite a luxury. I'm a little embarrassed to say "the maids maintain my home" as family and friends give me looks of $$.  But I'd take a clean home over any full day at the spa. Fairly equivalent in price but provides me a better sense of relaxation. I've tried many different cleaning services in the past but I have finally opted for a monthly service with The Maids. It's been 8months of cleaning services and I have to say they truly are the best.Tip: remember that each home is different and each person/family has different expectations. If you are meticulous about your personal space make sure to let them know because they are not mind readers. Also, skip the spa day gifts and ask for a cleaning service with The Maids instead. I booked The Maids for a move out cleaning. There was a problem with the sevice at first but I was promptly contacted by Josh who was very pleasant and quick to offer a solution. He sent over a second team who was very thorough with their cleaning. Josh even came over himself which shows he really cares about his company and his work. I have used the Maids for a while and been very satisfied with their service.  The corporate people are so friendly and the crew always seem to be in a happy mood which tells you they are treated right.  I really like how they adjust to my schedule when I have something come up and after I left my last home they did a move-out clean that made that home look better than if ever did.  My previous landlord commented how great the house looked.  I carried them to my new house and I am getting the same results, Fabulous!!!  I highly recommend them!! Thank you so so much to the maids who came to my home today to clean up for me!! Our building hired horrible, inexperienced people to repaint and repave our lanai and sidewalks. Basically all the debris flew into my home and ruined everything!!! They sent me the maids to clean my house and I am so thankful for Carla and her team! They were all so efficiently and friendly!!! We were moving out of our apartment in downtown and need to have it cleaned to return to the landlord. They came in and did a great job especially in the kitchen, restroom, and refrigerator while I believe we cleaned only once prior. The Maids are amazing. I really love that because there are 4 people that come and because each of them specialize in a specific cleaning area, they do a better job than someone who does everything themselves. The Maids seem expensive, but that's only because there are 4 of them working at the same time. So naturally, their hourly rate would be around 4 times that of a maid working by themselves.
Each person doesn't have to constantly spend time changing out their cleaning equipment. They go in and focus on their areas of expertise. The result is that your place really does get cleaned better and you don't have to have someone around all day doing it.
The one drawback is that you can't have them do your laundry as they won't be around long enough for them to finish the job. I don't think this is a big deal though because I can do my own laundry and don't need to pay someone else to do that.
They get in and out very quickly and do a much better, more professional job than I've ever had any other maid service do. More...

When our regular housekeeper became ill, we needed reliable service until she recovered.  Our neighbor had used The Maids and was satisfied.  Josh promptly answered the phone and answered all my many questions thoroughly.  He confirmed the cost over the phone so I knew what to expect. He also called to re-confirm the cleaning. after a quick walk through of the house with the supervisor they got to work The ladies who came work hard.  .They were always very pleasant and spoke in gentle voices. I've been using The Maids for a couple of years.  When I asked my husband if he could please help me clean up some more, he suggested I hire a cleaning service.  I was totally aghast--I HATE it when people touch my stuff!  Ahh!Well, fast forward a couple years later and I look forward to every other week, when they come to help clean.  With two young kids, it's exactly the help I need.  My team has been cleaning my home for most of the duration and they seem to understand me.  I have specific instructions (don't empty that trash can, use these bags, don't fix my bed, but please be thorough with the floors) and I'm super picky, but we're at this point now where I am pretty happy every time they leave.  Every once in a while, my team will switch out a team member and I'm not AS happy, but I get they have logistic concerns.  Every once in a while, I'll get a completely different team and I am usually pretty annoyed--the service isn't cheap and while the new team does adequate, they don't understand my eccentricities and priorities and I usually spend the next couple of days trying to find things or noticing stuff I asked them not to do done or stuff I asked them to do not done.But, when it's my team and they're doing their roles in a certain way (I think they mix things up sometimes, but I love it when a certain person does the vacuuming cause she's SO THOROUGH, and another do the kitchen cause she takes good care of my kitchen, and the other does the dusting cause she's very attentive and I am finally understanding where to find the stuff she moved lol, and the last team member does the bathroom), this perfect combo leaves me so happy!  Even when it's not perfect, the service is still very helpful.  They keep me sane. I have used The Maids for fifteen years.  No matter who they send I have found the crew members to be nice people, very dedicated and attentive to detail.  They come in like a well rehearsed cleaning SWAT team with each knowing exactly what they need to do.  They work very hard and must be exhausted by the end of their day given the effort they put into their tasks.  I have always felt they were a good value for the money, too.They are also flexible.  Our house is located on a steep slope.  One day about four years ago they arrived just as a huge downpour had caused rain water runoff to start flowing under the house and through the back wall of the lower part of the house. The water had already pooled onto a utility room floor and pantry floor and was mere millimeters away from overflowing onto the kitchen floor.  Without a moments hesitation, the entire team of The Maids threw themselves at the task with heroic effort, using the entire household supply of towels and buckets that I gave them, while I went outside to find a way to divert the flood waters.  They succeeded in holding the line on the water level while I found a way to divert the flooding outside.  After I succeeded in rerouting the path of water coming down the slope outside they even got the flooded areas in the house dried out and back to normal.  Without them I know we would have lost our entire kitchen floor and it is made of rare old wood we could not have replaced.  I felt like angels had arrived in the nick of time.  Thank you, The Maids!
