What do you love most about your job?
I really love shifting people's perceptions and perspectives about themselves. There is nothing like delivering a breakthrough thought to someone who is stuck. Helping people shift from Spin to Flow gives me great satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I advised successful tech entrepreneurs for decades, after being an entrepreneur myself. I always felt more interested in the people behind the work - the human toll of building a business - dealing with stresses, questions etc. I felt that I could help people by helping them understand perspective and themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
My approach - Lion Code - is talk-based and follows the Lion Code framework for truth, perspective and understanding. I'm a specialist with people who are spinning, spiraling, or feeling overwhelmed. I can always, always pull someone out of Spin.

I generally work remotely via video so there is no risk.
