I wanted to have flowers delivered to a friend who had lost a loved one. I was very nervous about ordering as I wanted the flowers to be perfect. Kirsten was so warm and friendly and professional she helped me relax right away. When my friend called to thank me she could not say enough about how absolutely beautiful the flower arrangement was (and as an aside my friend is a well-known fashion stylist in Dallas) and how good they made her feel.
