As far as my background and training I've been in an around Finance, Recruiting, Marketing, and Sales For 20+ years before going through the process of getting my life coach certification. Have logged over 10000+ hours of coaching in the last 9 years.

My clients range from C level executives trying to manage their unique type of stresses and make better decisions to ex-cons trying to return to a normal productive life. 

I would say my strengths are goal achievement, sales, strategic thinking,  strategic management,  marketing, interpersonal communication, meeting\interview prep, motivation, work-life balance, anger management, time management, communication skills, and developing focus.
