Very Prompt and Professional. My boyfriend had been denied bail on a gun charge of course. However, the second bail review was held the next day. I contacted Tom at 12:45am and needed someone to represent my boyfriend at 11 am the next day. I had no previous experience or referrals. I just had to make a decision and do it quick. Due to a unique chain of events occurring during my last visit to Ocean City I needed an attorney. I initially talked over the phone with both Tom and his associate Shawn. I was immediately given pertinent information regarding my case and its implications and was assured it would be handled with the best intended result. Tom and Shawn made good on this assurance, and after months of hypothetical, albeit less likely scenarios running through my mind, it was resolved yesterday in a manner I am very satisfied with. Shawn is a former prosecutor with thirty years of experience and can be trusted to seek the best result possible for a particular situation. These gentleman have longstanding relationships with judges and prosecutors. They are exceptional at returning calls and e-mails and will listen to and address all questions and concerns you may have. Tom and I also share similar tastes for cinema, which we briefly discussed, further adding to the personable experience.
