What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help people and the fact that no two days are alike!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've run a few businesses before becoming a lawyer. But as a lawyer, I realized that I had to start my own firm when I saw how behind the times most law practices were with embracing technology. As a result, they were overpaying for huge offices only to fill them with filing cabinets. I built a 21st century practice, where all the data is in the cloud, the offices are high tech, and my staff and I can access all our files form anywhere...

We are able to offer most of our services remotely and when physical paper is necessary, can arrange for overnight delivery or even a traveling notary for execution of important documents. Everything not requiring inked paper is done through email, SMS, MMS, messaging apps (including Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp), phone, video conferencing (we use Google Meets, Zoom and Microsoft Teams) and cloud data sharing, as appropriate for each instance.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
While we generally discourage in person meetings and appointments, we have also taken on a meticulous cleaning schedule, eliminated most high touch point items, provide PPE, (hand sanitizer, masks and gloves) and do not schedule more than one client in-person per office per day.
