We hold meetings by Zoom, by phone, in person here at our Arlington office, and do most of our work for our clients remotely by phone and email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wipe down our conference rooms, maintain social distancing, and wear masks at our clients' request.
Probate
There are various ways to settle an estate after a person passes away. What route you take depends on whether the person left a Will, whether they left any debts, and the value of the assets in the estate. I can walk you through the process, whether you're needing a temporary restraining order to preserve estate assets immediately after a person has passed, or whether you are needing affidavits of heirship to clear up title to a piece of real estate which belonged to a family member who passed away decades ago.
Estate Planning
I prepare Wills, Trusts, Statutory Durable (financial) Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, HIPAA Releases, Directives to Physicians, and a number of other estate planning documents to prepare my clients and their families for the future.
