the price we agreed on includes doing dishes. at one point they cleaned my whole microwave and then stored dirty dishes inside of the CLEAN MICROWAVE. when I messaged them to ask why, she tried to backtrack saying the price we agreed upon does not include dishes. (okay but even so why would you put dirty dishes inside of a clean microwave????) when I took a screenshot of the original agreement and circled where it says dishes included, she totally ignored me. and never said anything. very rude and unprofessional... they also would frequently cancel last minute which was pretty annoying as well. at one point they literally parked their entire vehicle on my front lawn and left tire track marks? why would you park your vehicle on someone's front lawn? and I'm not saying they pulled up too far on the curb, they literally drove to the middle of my front lawn and parked there 😆 I had to be like GTFO off my lawn!! I have ring cam footage of that. if they want me to take this review down then they can send me back a partial refund for not doing the whole job that I paid for. (they cleaned while I was gone and I didn't see the dirty dishes until I came back home) I have hired a different cleaner. this company is a bit of a circus. good luck. More...
