60min Deep Relief Massage
60min Deep Tissue Massage addressing an area of concern which utilizes deep tissue techniques & therapeutic pain relief balm for results based session.
60min Therapeutic Massage
60min Therapeutic Wellness massage. Therapist will discuss your objectives for the session. Session includes a variety of techniques for therapeutic effect & comes with your choice of aromatherapy, hot towels and either body butter or coconut oil. Delux spa style wellness upgrades can be added to this service including facial massage, body brushing, detox oil, scalp massage etc. All wellness upgrades are $13 additional to base price and include a wellness product utilized in the service.
60min Deep/Sports Massage
60min Session for flushing tired muscles & fitness recovery. Therapeutic techniques, muscle flushing (faster paced techniques) and stretching is great for avid fitness clients. Pain balm or magnesium lotion is utilized for muscle recovery.
60min Prenatal Massage
60min Prenatal Massage for expecting mamas. Sidelying session with plenty of pillows for comfort. 2nd or 3rd trimester only.
60min Reiki Chakra Cleanse Therapy
60min Reiki Therapy for Cleansing & Clearing Chakras. Gentle hands clear chakras with help of specific crystals for each chakra for mind/body/spirit balance. Clients will receive treatment on massage table but remain dressed for this session.
Lymphatic Cupping
Lymphatic Cupping utilizes suction cupping to clear lymph & move circulation in the body. This is a two treatment series of 90min. Session begins with body brushing. Detox oil is utilized for treatment and lymphatic cupping treatment areas are back, arms, legs, stomach, shoulders/pecs, face, neck. Standard Linen Draping for the session. Some mild detox may occur post session.
60mim Deep Tissue Cupping
Combo Triggerpoint Cupping therapy & Deep Tissue Massage with pain relief balm. Great session for Chronic pain & problematic pain points. Some marks may be seen where cupping is utilized but is temporary & fades within 2-5 days post treatment. Moden Cupping Therapy Certified !
