Try their wine pairing offers.I swear, these people know how to pair wines with food. So much so I'm guessing they could pair cold, boiled mule with a wine that would make you delight. They're really that good.

As big fans of the Albany ave location, we wanted to try this new location, which at the time of this review is limited to breakfast & lunch 7 days a week and Charcuterie, Cheese, & Wine on Friday-Sunday nights. My wife and I both decided to have the Salmon Bagel; toasted everything bagel, house smoked salmon spread, arugula, capers, onion, & hierloom tomato. As a whole we both thought it was very good especially when you got everything in one bite, however, the spread itself was extremely salty. The selection of coffee's and tea's was very good and I myself had a excellent drink called "Body" which was steamed milk (your choice) with turmeric, cinnamon, pepper, and a few other ingredients that I forget. The service was great and the two girls there were very friendly and polite. The place itself is a departure from the other location. No bar here, just tables and an ordering counter. It is decorated nicely. Apparently next door at Rhythm & Spirits you can get your cocktail. Looking forward to what comes next. More...

Went here for an early dinner before seeing a concert at the boardwalk hall. It is really close to that. We made reservations so we were seated right away. Our server was nice and attentive. We tried the drinks. I got a flight of whiskey. They were out of one of the whiskeys and subbed it for a more expensive whiskey so I was told. The other drink my bf got was also made well. We tried the Mac and cheese, boullebaise and octopus salad. Everything was tasty and made well. We also got a free dessert thanks to yelp. And good thing too bc the tiny piece of cake was $11. Little pricey. There was some eclectic art on the walls and hundreds of bottles of whiskey and wines to try. I thought it kind of smelled a little funny in there like an old basement or something but my bf didn't seem to think so or mind. It didn't take away from how good the food was. I was hoping for more Mac n cheese since it was suggested we share everything and that was so good we def could eat more of it. More...

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Atlantic City (sorry Chef Vola!). We visited on a Saturday night during MDW. I called around 5 and the hostess got us in for a 7:30 reservation (at a good table). The menu is creative but not pretentious - approachable items, all with a twist! We had the Udon Mac and Cheese (to die for), Brussels sprouts, arancini and Snake River American Kobe burger. All were delicious and fresh. The cocktails are delicious as well - the bartender takes great pride in his craft. Full disclosure: I repped this restaurant in a previous life when working for a PR agency in the area. Absolutely every component of our prix fixe meal was amazing. Special shout out for the udon mac & cheese. Amazing! The steak was tender, my tilefish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Dessert - a flourless chocolate cake with salted caramel - it was heaven! We were there on a Tuesday night, 1/2 price whiskey. 3 of the 4 of us had whiskey flights with some REALLY expensive whiskeys, but with the 1/2 off, it was super reasonable. The bartender knew his whiskeys and offered recommendations that were appreciated and enjoyed. If I had a complaint, it would be the parking lot situation. Super narrow and not many spots, but it's in an area where street parking can be found. It gives me something to complain about, but it doesn't keep me away! So we stopped for Dinner here, on a Wednesday night because the reviews in Yelp looked so good.  We figure why do the casino restaurants. We can have dinner here before going there.  Well, when we first got there, we almost missed the place.  We could barely see the sign. The windows were all tinted. We pulled into the driveway, where they can fit about 10-12 cars.  All nice cars parked. We couldn't figure out where the front door was. The side door? (My friend was ready to leave.) We thought it would be the kitchen door. Lol - the windows were tinted but I decided to give it a try. It was the entrance, the bar had a good amount of people for a Wednesday.  The inside was very nice! Tap Beer and Wine galore. The menu, was very small. We grabbed 1 item off the pre- fix menu.  They were gracious enough to make it. So we started with the perogies - simply AMAZING!!It came with 4 pieces and I probably could have eaten at least another order!  So good. The next item we ate was croquettes- not on the regular menu (they said it's a new menu, they forgot these delicious things!!!  Please add them) ( but they were on the pre-fix). The next item we had was a Full Rack of lamb - it was $50 and we shared it!  Came with a cup of the "ajus"  sauce! We ordered the udon Mac and cheese as a side order!  Both were beyond delicious.  Lamb was perfectly cooked - seasoned very well.   The Mac and cheese was so unique! Udon noodle so good!  The mix drinks were great! - strong! The waiter helped you pair, the beer with the food!I didn't have room for dessert my husband enjoyed the warm banana fig cake. I can't wait to go back and I have told everyone today how we hit the jackpot with this place. A cute little joint, kind of a small hole in the wall. The parking is minimal, we parked down the street at the motel and walked over. There is parking around the side but usually packed. It is a tiny joint! Maybe 10 ppl at the bar and then squeezing another 15-20 ppl at tables around it. Dimly lit, romantic, cute ambiance, great for a date. Service was great! All servers were courteous, helpful, respectful and worked well with each other.Prices were a bit on the spendier side so hoping for better tasting food, but considering the location it was an interesting find. Some dishes I liked more, others I could've done without, maybe my palette just didn't match this place. Drinks were expensive as well. Deviled eggs had wasabi in it which was an odd addition. The octopus was simply 2 tentacles that were overly salted. I do not recommend the octopus at all. The udon Mac and cheese was my favorite! Cool twist on the usual, although mine was still overly salted but the overall flavor was good. My grilled fish in tomato sauce was sad, it didn't hold up to flavor as the presentation. Basically tomato sauce from a can with grilled fish on top, nothing special at all and the portion was tiny. The dessert was great. Flourless chocolate cake was demolished, dark chocolate lovers only cause it was rich! The banana walnut bread was moist and delicious but the slice was tiny. They skimped on it. Finally the key lime creme brûlée..... these should stay separate items, either key lime or brûlée, don't combine.Obviously all personal opinion, but overall might was great, good service with great company. Not to be confused with the iron throne, this hidden valerian gem brings stability to the stomachs of the people from each of the seven kingdoms. The bacon is the finest you'll ever taste, taken only from the hunt's finest boar. The udon mac and cheese is rich in flavor and has been known to bring an entire Greyjoy fleet aground to break bread with their enemies. Though the 'seasonal pasta' tasted like a cold winter had already came, the fresh catch of summer returned rather quickly as the tile fish and steak brought the one true king back to the iron throne. The reign, however, would not last. In this game of thrones, the chocolate cake would have the last laugh. The laugh was that of the mad king, however, as the cake was more of an overwhelming fudge than a great hall's finest delight. And while the $14 "Brian did a thing" cocktail was rather ordinary, I didn't make a stink. Besides, everyone knows, a Lannister always pays their debts. More...

My wife and i went this past Satruday night (2/11/18) before a show at Borgata.  My wife is a fan of high end scotches, rums, etc. We sat at the bar.  The wait staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.  Lenny, the scotch expert, took time out to talk to my wife to find out what she liked and recommended a McCallan special edition; she loved it.  We had the bacon appetizer and the udon mac and cheese.  I think the bacon appetizer (brown sugar and honey) was better than the bacon I have had at all the best steakhouses in NYC (including Peter Luger's, my favorite restaurant).  The udon mac and cheese was great - we both loved it and i am not that big a fan of mac and cheeses.  We ordered the fried chicken to share and we both loved that as well.  It was so tender i had to know how it was cooked - flash fried then baked.  It was flavorful and crispy.  Their local honey was great on the chicken.  The mustard relish was great with the bacon.Overall we both loved all the foods and the service.  I am not adventurous with food so I would only ask that they put on a couple more mainstream dishes so i can go when we are down in Atlantic City - i know i would not have eaten many of the dishes. Was there for dinner on New Year's Eve. I had time to kill before I met up with friends so I decided to visit this restaurant. It was highly recommended to me by a few friends. I had no reservations so I decided I would sit at the bar and eat. The staff was really friendly and helped me decide on what to order. I ordered the Cowboy steak with no sides. The bartender suggested I should have it cooked MR , and I took his recommendation. There were two gentlemen at the entrance and they suggested that I add bacon and the deviled eggs. I suppose they were the owners or managers. The steak was priced at $55 and the bacon was around $12. I was not sure about the eggs so I assumed it was modestly priced . The bartender poured me three small scotch servings.  I told him I don't drink scotch, and his response was "Don't worry it won't go to waste ".  I'm not a Scott drinker so I assumed it was a sample . The steak was delicious! And the wines I ordered was a good compliment. I ordered dessert and coffee  and ask for the bill. I was shocked that the steak was $105 . I ask the bartender if there was a mistake and she told me no that you ordered that. I forget the name of the order but I couldn't find it in the menu. I felt like I was a little hustled , since it was not on the menu, and  I never touched the Scotch. I would suggest that the staff tell customers what the price are on items, especially if they are making suggestions.
