Q&As

Brilliant that you're here! So you either stumbled on my site coincidentally [probably not], you heard my name from someone in a conversation, someone sent you and now you're curious why and what I may be able to serve and support you with. Or you're simply clear that you're ready to fine-tune and further challenge the already brilliant version of you.

I am not going to share every detail of my work, the process and what it will look like, but what I will share is this:

I am inspired by people willing to look at the executive patterns that no longer serve them and I am inspired by leaders' agility to reinvent and improve like an athlete. And that is always done better with a coach.

I have the passion and the privilege to serve and support hundreds of extraordinary people over the years in coaching. I have created wealth and impact for people and I have been a catalyst to CEOs, Presidents, senior executives, small business owners, solopreneurs and entrepreneurs to go that next step transforming themselves and the people around them and entire cultures within organizations.

I have impacted leaders which were already in their own minds at the top of their game but desired and realized there is more - after working with me they operated differently, stakeholders were impacted more deeply and life was not only different - but frankly better and more integrated.

I have the gift of seeing the invisible and serving and supporting people to do the - "in their mind" - impossible. I am also that guy who will tell you what no one else will tell you - and hearing reality and truth is not always pleasant. And in this still all too conformant culture we are afraid of speaking truth at the expense of survival and being liked. But radical candor can transform you into a person and leader with radical self-awareness while exercising deep empathy.

Let's explore together what this journey would look like for you. Challenge me!
