For our daughter’s birthday we decided to have dinner at The Grove, what a disappointment. The restaurant and atmosphere is trendy and inviting. We ordered a few drinks and the charcuterie board for four. The board was good and plenty for an appetizer for the table. My daughter ordered a salad with chicken. The chicken came out raw, pink in the middle almost all the way to the edges. We asked the waitress to stop by our table when she set down the plates in her hands. Instead she sent the manager over. He stuck his fingers in the chicken at the table on a plate. GAG! He sighed and reluctantly took the chicken away. He came back within minutes with what looked like microwaved pre cooked chicken. Our waitress refilled our drinks once the entire meal. The food was pricey but decent. We were not offered dessert. The staff could be more attentive and polite. More...
