This business helped me out with a tile bathroom shower and did a good enough job that I asked them to help me out with a floor that was chaffing. After receiving a nice detailed quote of what would be done Steve came by and didn’t do a good job due to missing some areas and an entire bathroom. After reaching out was told he would come back to fix the issues that following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday…which now he has become unresponsive. Small claims court here we come. What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to start my own franchise. I’ve been in the business over 10 years and it was time to branch out on my own.
