We decided to give The Good Companion Dog Grooming a try. It was the first haircut for months and we knew it would be difficult. Brielle was amazing. I expressed my concerns, my rescue dog is jumpy on a good day..but months of no grooming..it was going to be a challenge. I picked her up afterwards and not only was she perfectly groomed (even her face and NO one ever gets that right.) Brielle said they took breaks and went slow. She said at one point Piper was even falling asleep from the reassuring soft talk which Piper does at home but, never anywhere else. Love the location and Brielle.We will be back! More...

Ambrosia asked questions to make sure she knew what we wanted, and she got it exactly right. Our pup is anxious at the groomers and she still gave him our favorite haircut yet. We had a great experience and plan on going back as soon as Barley needs another grooming. More...

My goldendoodle and I had such a wonderful experience with the staff at this location. We worked with Ambrosia and she was fantastic. I had been messaging with her in regards to scheduling and what type of cut we wanted. It was as easy as sending her a photo! She also fed my pup treats that I provided to her upon my request. It was his first cut so it was important that he created a good association. He definitely did! The staff is very personable while the place is very clean!! Would recommend! More...

You need to visit this place if you need your dog groomed! They are the best! Your dog will feel so comfortable and taken care of at The Good Companion Dog Grooming shop. It can be difficult to find a group of people your dog is comfortable with. And they do gorgeous work! Always professional, clean and healthy. Just found out about this place today. Took my dog to get her nails trimmed by Briell. Super friendly and sweet with my old lady. Made sure she was comfortable and acquainted before taking her back. We are so grateful to have Briell. Our standard poodle went to the same groomer for more than 10 years, but following some turnover there, we met Briell. She is amazing with our difficult and often anti-social but oh so lovable little guy. Grooms that once took up to nine hours now take about two, and our dog has never looked better. At 12 1/2, he’s an old boy now, with a cancerous tumor that’s difficult for us to acknowledge. Briell cares for him all the same, and sends him home proud, happy and refreshed every time.
