Jess is more than just a trainer to me. She is a life coach, motivator and friend. I look forward to my time with her and feel great when I leave. As a working mom with 2 young kids, I feel I get the most out of my workout with her and it’s time well spent. She is so knowledgeable and fun to work with. Jess is amazing. She truly cares about her clients and what their individual needs are. I have been training with her for several years and I always look forward to our sessions. Every session is different and her upbeat personality makes it fun. She also gives me advice about the foods I’m eating and how to make better choices. I’m so excited about her new workout band too! I see such a difference in my butt now that I have the band at home to use in between sessions. It’s really important for me to be able to get a workout in at home because getting to the gym isn’t always an option between kids and work. I highly recommend training with The Glute Recruit! Jess has been part of my life for the past 3 years now. I started training with her when I was pregnant with my first son. She trained me my entire pregnancy and I felt amazing. After I had my son, people couldn’t believe how quickly I bounced back and I owe that to Jess. She kept on telling me how the body works and reassured me I would get my flat stomach back. She trained me when I was in my safety zone after my son and has continued to show me different exercises that really challenge my body and target my core which is my main focus! Jess is a highly skilled trainer that delivers results. When "sheddin' for the wedding" she got me where I wanted to be and gave me tips/routine to use in my hotel room when I had to skip a week of training to travel.

I trained one on one with Jess for about 2 years and had a great experience! She always had new exercises to share with me and planned my workouts to focus on exactly what I wanted. I've always loved the idea of exercising and getting into shape but when reality sets in, it's not always as fun as it looks. I have a history of becoming very motivated and then having it fade away as time passes. Jess helped me to change that pattern. Her enthusiastic, one of a kind personality and extensive follow through helped me to feel like I was getting my butt whooped, while at the same time relying on the guidance of a good friend. I met Jess when I went to inquire about personal training sessions and immediately knew I had to work out with her. I had previously been very skeptical about working with a personal trainer - could I do what she asked? Would I embarrass myself? It was out of my comfort zone because I’d always been involved with team sports and working out in groups. Jess was beyond amazing and more than I could have asked for. Her ability to know when to push me harder and when to pull back was so impressive. She was motivating but not overly so, which was perfect. Her knowledge of workouts/muscle groups/etc. and care for her clients really made me feel important and motivated me even more. I found myself keeping in contact with her (and therefor my workouts) even on vacations! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone, and look forward to working out with her again in the future. Jessica is amazing! As a fitness professional she caters to her clients needs, and helped me continuously push to attain my goals and set new personal records. She listens to what you are looking for, provides guidance on how to achieve your goals as well as recommends additional information to help you live your healthiest life. While being trained by Jessica, I noticed that the dietary changes she suggested did not only just make me look better and feel better about my appearance but lead to an increase in energy that has allowed me to live a more active and fulfilling lifestyle. Jessica has not only been a personal trainer, but a true friend! I’ve been a client with Jessica for the past 3 years. As her youngest client, Jessica never lessened the intensity of our workouts. She constantly switches up our routine to shock my body and the results are worth it. Her specialty is glutes, and her workouts make you wobble instead of walk the next day. I’ve known Jess for years as one of my favorite fitness instructors. She knows how to motivate me and she makes each of her classes challenging but rewarding. I always enjoy the variety and challenge she puts into her classes.
