Healthy food that doesn’t make you feel sluggish. Not sure if I could do it everyday. Wish they had a meal prep service membership or subscription to save a bit more money.

Fast food never looked so yummy. Love grabbing a work lunch from here since it's something a bit different from the usual sandwiches and soups. This is an office favorite actually. If anyone ever says "flame broiler?" there are never any complaints which is so rare!This is an order at the counter and have your bowl created in front of you. Think of subway for korean take out. I love getting a veggie base because then I'm not worried about rice sticking in my teeth all day. Plus it's an easy way to trick myself into eating healthier. They have the protein options of beef, chicken, and tofu. I'm still not brave enough to try the tofu because I don't want to sacrifice my tasty beef! Everything is always seasoned to perfection and cooked really well whether it's the protein, the veggies, or the rice. I would highly recommend this fast food joint. This place is fantastic. The food is always good and the service is polite, friendly and quick (even if it looks super busy). Much less expensive than I expected too! This location could maybe stand to chop their veggies a bit smaller like the store on Philips and JTB so the broccoli cooks more evenly and integrates into the dish better. The food, service and restaurant was amazing! I was very impressed with the taste and portion size! The choice of sauces was very nice and I tried each one! The triple hot is actually very hot. I enjoyed the double and the magic sauce. Even without the sauce the meat was seasoned very well!!! My only complaint would be the chairs. The feet need fixed! You slide it out to sit and it is worse than nails in a chalk board and very loud. I look forward to visiting again and this not making me cringe. More...

I love flame broiler, but today I went to the one across the Ontario mills and I am planning to skip this location only. I ordered a chicken bowl with no rice and it was not even 2/3 full, and all of the bottom layer was small pieces of dry chicken. It was very hot, felt I was going to have a heat stroke because the ac system was very low or not working. It's good food and for those who say it was bad? I wonder what their mood was when they went here for it's very good. I would not say so if it were not good. Instead of voicing your opinion on FB it's best to let the manager know so they can see if in fact they are serving less than good food. Update: Thank you to the management team for not only their prompt response to my feedback but for offering to make this right for me. It truly shows how much they value each of us as an individual customer. I’ve edited my review to reflect 5 stars for the stellar way they’ve handled this situation. They will continue to have a repeat customer in me!Utterly disappointed about the amount of time it took to get my order completed. I was on a time crunch during lunch today and need to get in, out, and back at work within 30 min. This is usually completely doable in normal circumstances. I placed an online order and arrived slightly after the estimated pick up time they gave me online. I checked in with Terrie at the counter and see checks my order status. They're waiting on the chicken to finish cooking. Ok, no problem. Several minutes pass. I begin to get anxious because more than 7 other people who asked and placed an order after I got there were all getting their orders before me. Finally after waiting over 20 mins, they give me my order. Someone in the kitchen must have screwed my order up. I really have no other idea how it could have taken over 20 min for a simple mini bowl order that should have only taken 5 mins. More...
