Our Signature Dish is Savory Oxtail Served over Saffron Rice with Honey Garlic Green Beans
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
1st Consultation to get a better idea of what my client is looking for. I am creative so I always have wonderful cuisine ideas handy. I also offer tastings etc.
What do you love most about your job?
I love people.. So being able to put a smile on a clients face & knowing that I went above & beyond to ensure their experience was amazing gives me peace.. I love that!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After serving 12 years as a Postal Service employee & suffering a grave injury, also the great loss of my beloved Grandmother whom taught me to cook when I was upon, the devastation jolted me to take a step forward on the path in pursuit of my happiness, so, decided to follow my dreams of becoming a Global Chef, since then I have never looked back, & I couldn't be more happy!!
