What do you love most about your job?
When clients experience the "lightbulb moment" after being on the equipment for the first time. They realize they can reach their goals with 20 minute workouts just twice a week. That and seeing the difference we're making for clients makes the job rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people in an area I've struggled with. The Exercise Coach has been a great solution for me (finally!), and I want others to experience winning in their fitness and health.
