We stopped here on vacation because my husband likes to check out breweries. The beer was good and we also enjoyed the food. They had gourmet hotdogs and my husband loved his Korean slot dog. I have Portabella mozzarella plate. It was delicious. We also have the Parmesan fries and they were delicious. The only negative was that things could've used a little more salt and we had to ask for salt as that was not on the tables. We might come back and try their lunch menu, which is much more varied then the evening menu. The waitress said the lunch menu is only Monday - Friday. More...

Tucked away in tranquility. Â Just off the beaten path so you can sit outside and hear the trickle of the water fountain while enjoying a craft beer under the gazebo. A craft beer brewed only a few feet away. A knowledgeable bartender with down to earth service to help you through the taste test (Thank you Sherry). These lips will never touch the bottle of a generic beer brand again. Â Inside is an almost speakeasy atmosphere with friendly locals that all appear to know each other. And probably hoping no one else finds their secret watering hole. Â This visitor from Atlanta had his first encounter with Mudbugs, another secret from the local coast prepared by Chef Sue along with other scratch seafood recipes you have to try. Hidden gem off the beaten path-- shockingly nice, albeit limited, bar food menu. Creative, tasty small plates and burgers. Very nice selection of local craft beers to boot. This was our first visit and won't be our last! We went for a Serda taproom takeover. The porter was a true representation of the the style and the Hefeweizen was excellent. The regular staff was friendly. The atmosphere was fun and the food menu was traditional pub fare. The charcuterie was one of the best I've had with an excellent variety of cheeses, meats and crackers. The pimento cheese stuffed burger had mixed reviews in our party. The flavor was good, it was seasoned well, and it wasn't overly gooey or messy. My husband was hoping for a more cheesy texture but agreed that the taste was spot on. They have 24 craft beers on tap and they rotate. Awesome place for great beer and conversation. A great place to meet new friends.
