Made the move to Wharf 7 in October. Couldn’t be happier with how the leasing office was so friendly and accommodating to my every wish. Melanie was quick to answer each and every email, along with all the other team members. To say the least the maintenence team has also come by without the blink of an eye to fix and repair anything needed. This community is perfect for any family, single individual like myself or even older couples. Super involved with their residents and well rounded. I've only been here a week, but my experience has been wonderful. The leasing staff couldn't be any nicer and helpful and the community is just beautiful! The complex is conveniently located so residents can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. I work in North Charleston and the 526 freeway is literally one turn away. I feel really safe living here. The apartment is really nice I love having a parking garage below my building. The amenities are great. I don't use all of them, but the pool is relaxing, the dog park isn't too small (and it has a hose to wash the dogs), and the gym is nice with quite a few machines. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes away from my job in Mount Pleasant and a 10-15 minute walk to the "town" of Daniel Island (and the bigger public dog park). A few cons: Every apartment has hardwood floors, so I can hear every step and everything that gets dropped on the floor by my upstairs neighbors; Sitting on my porch is nice, except when they are doing landscaping in the traffic circle that my apartment overlooks (which is most days of the week).
