I love my Cleaning Authority ladies Desi and Harlie! They have been cleaning my home twice a month for a year and are a great team. The Cleaning Authority has had my back and cleaned my home since 2011....Don't know what I would do without them!! I had to take a brief break because of the Corona-19 virus, but I begged the office to send Desi and Harlie back to me at the end of April, and we are now back together again!! First of all, The Cleaning Authority is one of the best cleaning services to use here in Boise. The staff is so nice and professional. My regular cleaners, Naomi and Nikkie, are the best. They leave my house spotless and take that extra time and effort to make sure my house looks clean and fresh. I am so thankful to have them because without their services, my house would never be as clean as it is now. Second, investing in a cleaning service (like the Cleaning Authority) helps with maintaining a nice and overall clean house. They do those extra steps during their cleaning process, like wiping down blinds, the baseboards, and fan blades. These areas in the house can be so easily overlooked without the Cleaning Authority. Alyse and Erika have been cleaning my house for a while now, and they always do a fantastic job. I have dogs who shed like crazy. How they are able to get the fur cleaned up and still have time to clean the rest of the house is actually somewhat amazing to me. I am a new customer. The Cleaning Authority has now cleaned our home 3 times. They are thorough, professional and do a great job. We have cats and they can get the fur out of the furniture. They have a system that works! I always know what to expect; I like their schedule system and their rotational to place emphasis on particular rooms each time they arrive. Desi and Mark were here this last week. Excellent job! I was out of the house but when I got home I could see the difference when I walked in. We just moved to Boise and have hired The Cleaning Authority and had one cleaning experience. I'm not comfortable "yet" giving 5 stars just because I don't have enough experience with them to say they are perfect in every way. That said, the up front preparation for our first cleaning was excellent and Jenn, Abra and Madison did a wonderful job and were so nice, too.
