The Bridal Suite and Special Occasion was my first and only stop. Brittany was FABULOUS. As a simply classic girly girl with a down home country girl edge, Brittany patiently listened to what I invisioned and craftfully brought what I didn’t know I wanted into the mix. Being an “older bride” I’ve been through many busy and bustling salons with friends and family so I was so thankful to be the only bride in the salon the day of my appointment. Everyone I encountered at the bridal suite was so helpful. I found my dream dress and full suits for the ring bearers with ease. I was able to share my Pinterest board with them and they had dresses waiting fit me when i got their for my appointment, including exact ones from my board. Brittany and Paige are amazing and so welcoming. This was our first appointment, our Bride was very hesitant to go dress shopping. Brittany made the Bride so comfortable. Brittany listened to every thing the bride wanted and her concerns. Our bride said I only want to try on 4 dresses at the most. One of which which for me, the mom, and of course it was the big fairytale dress, not what the bride had in her vision. Brittany found the perfect dress for our bride in the requested 4 dress limit. The glow the bride had was beautiful and her dress is amazing. Paige was so pleasant to work with as well. Thank you both for making our experience so special and fun. I was at a Portland bridal shop a couple weeks ago who has the same designer as my daughters dress that she chose and tried on in your store over a month ago. They asked me which one she chose and I showed them. They were asking so many questions of the dress, because they had not seen it in person. Paige and the team at the Bridal Suite was amazing in helping me pick out my dress for my upcoming wedding. I never felt rushed and always felt heard and that my opinion was the most important (which it is, but can get very confusing with a lot of opinionated voices). Paige always gave me time to think, was respectful of my choices, and ultimately walked me through what I thought was going to be an overwhelming process. After feeling incredibly insecuring about trying on dresses (and honestly really nervous for the appointment), I decided to only bring my mom with me. They made this process so easy, and truly made me feel beautiful. I chose a dress I would have never thought to pick out for myself. I had a firm budget, and we were still able to find a dress, make minor alterations, and find a cathedral length veil within my price range (I thought this would be impossible). Brittaney was assuring, and responsive to not only what I asked for, but also what she knew (as a professional) would look good on my body. Because of their integrity, honesty, and flexibility with my budget, we also decided to use them for all of our suits (8) for the wedding as well. Paige and Brittany are the literal BEST. They helped me find the perfect dresses for myself as well as my ladies! With my family and bridal party coming from out of state- they made everything so easy and were super helpful during the entire process. My engagement was over a year, so they dealt with me A LOT. I never felt like a burden to them and they are the nicest people ever. Great business that is run super smoothly. They even made our dudes look great! Reasonable prices all around. Ladies, go here for your wedding dress! I'm still getting compliments on my wedding dress when I run into people who attended our wedding! I visited the Bridal Suite in September 2017 to just do some "research" on wedding dress styles with my mom. I was on vacation in Bend, so it didn't make sense to buy my dress there...or so I thought. We visited midweek (which I definitely recommend) and had the whole store to ourselves. At first I thought I might not like the Bridal Suite because the location in the mall kind of threw me, but as soon as I started trying on dresses it didn't matter at all! They have a great selection of dresses that are particularly great for a budget-minded bride (as I was). My concern of getting something that felt low quality immediately left as I started trying dresses. Of course some weren't as great as others, but the one I picked was GORGEOUS and it felt gorgeous too! Beyond a good selection of dresses, though, it's the people here whom I recommend the most! This mother/daughter duo are fantastic. They didn't give even a hint of awareness at the 3 hours I spent there (though I'm sure they were hungry as it was during lunch), and my wishes and considerations for a dress were really heard! I received honest opinions, and when I asked to try a cathedral veil (my FAVORITE part, so good with the form fitting/skim cut of my dress, and with a tasteful sparkle in it every so often), my excitement was shared with this fabulous team. I not only walked out of Bridal Suite with a gorgeous dress ordered (which I could pick up or have shipped to me for free given my distance from Bend), I walked away with the best memory of me with my mom, shopping for my wedding dress, with another mom and daughter who really made us feel like they shared our excitement on the same level. I'm so glad I came across The Bridal Suite & Special Occasion for my wedding dress! I found my dress on their Facebook page one weekend morning and contacted them immediately to see if they still sold the designer.
Brittany responded to me right away and even told me to come in and try it on that afternoon if I had time. Brittany was very attentive to my wants in a dress and provided me with a couple other samples to try on as well. I ended up falling in love with 2 dresses and for the life of me couldn't decide on one. She let me come back 2 other times to try them on again so that I could make a decision. She was so patient and kind all those times and didn't pressure me to decide right away. I ended up going with the one I originally contacted her about.
I would highly recommend this salon to any bride! It's beautiful, clean, has tons of samples and in a variety of sizes and the staff are great! Thanks Brittany for helping me through the process and for being patient with me while I chose my dream dress :)

After having a really bad experience at at boutique in Medford I decided to travel to Bend. When I walked in I was treated so nice. They let me come in at an earlier time than I was originally suppose to. And the ladies were so patient with me, and let me have my time, and made me feel special. They were so helpful and answered all my questions. After an hour of shopping around I ended up purchasing a beautiful Lillian West dress that I cannot wait to wear! Which also included a cute little Lillian West tote bag. I'm so glad I traveled over 5 hrs to visit this boutique! I also received a sweet postcard from the boutique congratulating me on everything. I found my absolute dream dress here (and without severely breaking the bank)! Brittany was able to take the elements I love and put them together to make the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. By the second dress I was sold. Also the staff is so lovely and helpful and makes you feel like a princess! They also have an array of garments like bridesmaid, mother of the bride and prom dresses as well as formal wear for children. You may not find your size because they are a boutique and need to limit their inventory due to space limitation, but they are so helpful and the customization and alteration process is a breeze and doesn't rack up the price! Great selection for formal dresses. Britney (sp?) was AMAZING! We talked jewelry, make-up and hair. Not only did I find the perfect dress, but it was such a fun experience. She is very knowledgeable on how dresses look off the hanger. The dress I bought was one she chose, I'm not sure if I would have picked that on my own. I seriously LOVE my dress. I got a very small alteration right there in the store, it was completed before I was done looking at jewelry. Britney was also the one that ended up choosing jewelry I would have chosen. She got them just so I could see something with the dress. I then looked at all of their jewelry and I liked what she had originally chosen. She's very fashionable. This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and the store was really nice inside. Shaylee helped me try on ones I had picked out. She made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was great; the staff made me feel beautiful in the gowns I tried on and were quick to offer beverages and snacks (we were there for about an hour trying on dresses). This is the most professional and glamorous studio in Bend! Before I walked through the door I didn't know what to expect, but it is spectacular!
