5 STARS! My best gal pal loved the arrangement for her birthday. I live in California... Adriana moved to Knoxville, TN about 4 years ago. So for her birthday this year, I chose to give her flowers. I searched online for a florist in Knoxville. Two reasons why I selected The Bloomers Company is they're actually in Knoxville, and I saw the "LGBTQ friendly" logo. BAM!! I called the shop, and a friendly voice answered. It was easy process over the phone. I told, I believe it was Lyn who I spoke with over the phone, what Adriana's favorite flowers are, and Lyn ran with it. It was delivered the following day, which I requested... and Adriana was surprised. I was ecstatic to hear from Adriana to know she loved the arrangement Lyn did for her. THANK YOU, LYN. I happened to find this florist by reading their reviews and I must say this florist is phenomenal! I live in Ohio and I needed to order flowers for my daughter and her husband who were visiting the Knoxville area for a friends wedding. Our daughter is expecting her first child and found out she will be having a girl. So we wanted to send flowers to her and her husband at the hotel they were staying. I talked to Lyn at The Bloomers Company and she was amazing! She was able to deliver flowers to their hotel room the same day that I ordered them!! Lyn even sent me a picture of the flowers she sent! THE BLOOMERS COMPANY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS:I live in and was located in New York at the time I ordered these flowers. The Bloomers Co. was recommended to me by some staff of the hotel at which I was looking to have the flowers sent to for my girlfriend who would be staying there. As expected the floral arrangement was lovely. I was very pleased with the product. However, in a world where you can get equitable flowers from many different florists, what set The Bloomers Co. apart from the competition was the unparalleled service. The owner, Lynn, is a true professional and is a vendor who fully grasps the concept of customer service. She was empathetic and accommodating to my unusual situation, put together a gorgeous bouquet, worked within my budget, and was an all around delight to work with. She had my flowers delivered promptly within a 24 hour window and that is with me calling an hour before close the day before they needed to be delivered. The flowers were just what was needed to brighten my girlfriend's day and The Bloomers Co. gets a big assist on that one. The lady I spoke with when I ordered the flowers was very, very sweet and helpful. The flowers that were delivered to my aunt were absolutely beautiful! ! It was a $50 bouquet, and it looked more expensive...I’ve never been able to get a bouquet that big and beautiful for that reasonable of a price. My first experience at The Bloomers Company was incredible. I ordered the flowers online on a Saturday for a Monday delivery and the staff followed the directions I laid out for delivery perfectly as I had to work around a schedule and try to keep the delivery a secret to my recipient.
