What’s your signature dish?
Smoker Beef Brisket (smoked for about 11 hours), Smoked Pork But (pork shoulder) for pulled pork, Shrimp Jambalaya, Seafood Gumbo and just about anything else.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Find out what they want and then do by BEST to make the meals PERFECT for the client.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook and see people eat happy. Cooking is a passion of mine. I do all the cooking at home every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
