True to their name!! I could not be happier with how my bouquet turned out for my wedding. Patti, my designated florist, turned the picture I brought to her into a reality. I just ordered flowers from this place today for a date night. I walked in, the service was immediate, knowledgeable, and friendly. I walked next door to get myself a sandwich at Subway, and the arrangement was ready by the time I got back. Even better, the woman packaged it very nicely for transportation, and took it out to my car with me IN THE RAIN. Can you ask for better customer service? This place is awesome! Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with flowers, but didn’t know anything about the process. They walked me through it and made a beautiful arrangement in under 30 min, and her and all her co workers loved the flowers. 5 stars for sure

If I could give 100 stars I would! My friend's mother passed away recently. As is our tradition, my husband and I send a "memory plant" in honor of the deceased loved one to the family after the service. When I called Best Little Flower Shop in Roswell, Pat answered the phone and took my order. She had the perfect plant but my friend lives outside her shop's delivery area. However, Pat must have sensed how important it was to me to insure the perfect orchid was delivered to my close friend of 37 years. I am sure there are quite a few reputable florists closer in proximity to my friend's home but rather than take a chance, Pat knew she already had the 'perfect orchid' in her shop so she and her staff went out of their way and delivered the plant she had at her shop to my friend in memory of her sweet mother. Stopped in for an impromptu arrangement for a client. The staff was super busy and there was a lot of activity. One of the employees took the time to walk me through a couple options they had ready. Always get nice feedback from my recipients and has become my go to florist. Little tip I now use, if you ask for "designer's choice" and explain the occasion or maybe pick a color theme, they'll create your bouquet with what looks the best in stock and the results tend to be an even nicer bouquet than picking from a picture online.
