My wife, daughter, and I walked in and were greeted by our waitress. She was super friendly. Not that fake waitress friendly who's face hurts when they smile, but the genuinely friendly. .. friendly. I don't remember her name but she had pink checkered vans on. I ordered the burger with their house gravy (or sauce) and coleslaw. I don't like coleslaw, but I loved it on this burger. It was cooked exactly how I ordered it. Medium. Delicious! I also got the cheese curd and fries with gravy (I think). Also delicious! My wife got a Reuben and my daughter got chicken strips. The Berg is one of our family's favorite restaurants! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! I had the meatloaf smashed potato bowl. Best GF Burgers around. No kidding. They have these amazingly soft buns that literally melt in your mouth. and the meat is also at the height of its class. The menu features a selection of rather eclectic varieties of burgers as well as the more traditional complement. I loved this place when it first opened. Unfortunately a lot of the staff has changed and the service has went completely downhill. Waited forever to have our order taken and the server never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. The menu items I used to love are no longer available.
