Best workout place in East Lansing!! Everyone that works here is so nice and inviting. The instructors during the workouts push you to do your best! I grew up playing soccer and went into college soccer. After that, I was pretty burnt out from running types of workouts and this was a perfect change for me. They offer different class formats such as Barre Code, Total Body Conditioning, Brawl, and HIIT. So they have a good variation of classes for whatever you are interested in. My favorite classes are Brawl and TBC! I think their prices are very good for the classes and the amenities included! Love this place! More...

The Barre Code is so much more than just a place to take some workout classes. I always feel so empowered, motivated, accomplished, and strong after taking a class, no matter which class format I take, that continues throughout my entire day. The studio vibe is incredibly welcoming, positive and fierce – and I'm constantly motivated by others in class with me. Absolutely love The Barre Code! Every single person is so welcoming and friendly. The workouts are fun, challenging and different every time you go. The schedule offers flexibility with different class times, class formats and instructors. I look forward to my workout each time with The Barre Code! A great location with tons of parking, lockers to store your items, a half bath and a full bathroom with shower and a vanity area for everyone to freshen up after class. I absolutely love Barre Code East Lansing. My favorite part of the studio is its welcoming and inspiring environment. Each instructor has their own personal style, but they each are encouraging, motivating, and FUN! There are several different class styles and times to accommodate a variety of schedules and preferences. I've been going to the studio since I moved the area in the Fall and I've never taken the same class twice! A gem in East Lansing! Â Instructors are professional, knowledgeable and fun to be in a class with! The gym is state of the art with massive, gleaming work out space. Â The lighting and music complement the work out and the staff make everyone feel so comfortable no matter what your fit level is. Â They work with you and make you feel like you can do it! Michelle, the owner, is super friendly and there are so many opportunities to try the workouts for free, there's no reason not to join this gym! Plenty of parking and lockers.
