My senior dog was exhibiting high blood pressure and anxiety at her last grooming. The groomer recommended ACC. She said I might need to have a medical staff nearby for the next grooming. We got a quick appointment by phone. Covid has created a curbside pet retrieval/dropoff. Upon pickup, I was offered pay over phone or come inside. Don't forget to bring your current shot records for grooming or training sessions. One day later my girl was scooting showing irritation. AAC said to bring her in right away. ***Caution it's about to get gross...Groomers express anal glands from the exterior. Only a trained vet tech can do it internally. I only wish the groomer had offered us the option over the phone to complete the upgraded procedure while our girl was there. Everything was done with kindness and apologies. I noticed the doggie day care service they have out back along with a pet training facility inside. The location is convenient and the service was 97%. We will definitely consider them for our next pet. More...
