What’s your signature dish?
We offer several signature grilled cheese sandwiches and mac-n-cheese dishes. Some of our most popular signatures, available in both sandwich and mac form, include BBQ and Buffalo. Another popular, unique sandwich we carry is our mac-n-cheese stuffed grilled cheese!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We spent lots of time creating and perfecting our menu and have received lots of great feedback from guests!
What do you love most about your job?
I love providing unique meals to our guests! We just officially opened and the feedback and support we've received so far from the East Lansing community has been incredible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved the idea of bringing unique, custom food options to people. We are a family owned-and-operated business and have loved working together to offer these meals.
